WebI'm 6'2, 200 lbs, size 11 boot, and rode the 158 Rome Ravine Select. This board features a 3D base in the nose, which helps with float in deeper snow. It was pretty smooth edge to edge, but I would have liked to have a little bit more bite in the turn. The flex was a happy medium and quite snappy. Overall, the Rome Ravine is a really fun freeride board that is a bit more mellow/playful than your average freeride board. It excels in the powder and on jumps or side hits of any size or variety. The middle of the board is the most stable but when you speed run through a iced over chunder field of death you feel everything, while on a groomer this is non existent.
