Also, even if you edited out what you want from the followers, it is still the same, in effect, as removing a mod. All this is due to the fact that Skyrim bakes data into the save, and once there, it CANNOT be removed. WebbOpen the console and click on the NPC of your choosing (follower, random guard, anyone) Enter the following command: addperk f11a9. Doing so will give the NPC the perk "Allow Shouting" which will, unsurprisingly, allow them to shout. It will also cause subsequent saves to be corrupt. I do not know a way to avoid this.
